Recently, I met someone who is a master at the martial art. One of the coolest things I found was that during the training of martial art, they are taught to be alert and in control.
They are trained to be free from distraction and any inner noise.
This is the core lesson for every single person who wants to be a warrior.
If you have seen someone who is good at karate, martial art, boxing or any sport, one of the greatest skill they have is the art of being alert, in control, calm and focused.
Can we have that skill? Can we be alert, in control, calm and focused?
You know when we sit down to work and when we want to get disciplined, we struggle to focus on the work often. We think, “Let’s just do it.”
But you know, we lose focus and alertness. It’s so hard to bring our focus and alertness back.
